USE of the Plugin:

*** THESE STEPS MUST BE FOLLOWED IF THE PLUGIN IS TO WORK PROPERLY ***
1> Download the Zip file which contains:
	In_VQF.DLL
	decode32.dll
	TWINVQ2.CDB

2> Extract the three plugin files (readme.txt is not needed in winamp)
	to winamp's plugins directory (winamp\plugins)

3> Restart Winamp

4> Listen to your Fave VQFs!
